This essential interface cable is required when using an Aerpro Steering Wheel Control or Infodapter Interface to enable the steering wheel controls in the vehicle to work seamlessly with your aftermarket Sony head unit.

Installation Notes
If your steering wheel controls are not functioning at all, the feature may need to be turned on via the Sony head unit menu system. Please refer to your Sony head unit manual for instructions on how to enable steering controls.
For some Sony head units where steering wheel control buttons may not function correctly, you may need to adjust dipswitch 4 on the steering control interface to the OFF position.
