How It Works
The EVC provides new points of reference for your vehicle's throttle mapping, modifying the voltage signal from the fly-by-wire pedal assembly to allow tuned response from the accelerator pedal. By bringing in the throttle earlier in the pedal stroke, throttle response and acceleration improves and sharpens, eliminating the "dead zone" and throttle lag.
Four Driving Modes
Normal Mode - Replicates factory throttle settings, essentially switching the EVC off.
Economy Mode - Features 9 settings that reduce pedal response for greater control on loose or uneven surfaces. Perfect for off-road driving, heavy traffic and low-speed towing manoeuvres.
Ultimate Performance Mode - Offers 9 settings for enhanced response:
- Levels 1-3: Everyday driving with smooth acceleration
- Levels 4-6: Sportier, more responsive acceleration for town driving
- Levels 7-9: Maximum throttle response for towing and highway driving
Automatic Control Mode - The EVC's unique AC mode learns your driving style and automatically chooses the appropriate setting based on pedal pressure and driving conditions.
