Access Dash Cam Parking Mode Feature
Selected Gator Dash Cams offer advanced parking mode that will record incidents while the vehicle is unattended. The GHWCUSB2 provides constant power to the dash cam at all times to ensure an incident is never missed, even while the vehicle is parked. The module features low voltage detection and will stop drawing power from the vehicle battery while in parking mode to prevent battery drain.
Free Up Your Accessory Socket
By using the GHWCUSB2 USB Hard Wire Kit, the accessory socket will no longer be used to power the dash cam, freeing it up for other devices in the vehicle including smartphone chargers and GPS navigation units.
Discreet Installation
The GHWCUSB2 USB Hard Wire Kit is 12/24 volt compatible and comes supplied with 3 fuse taps – Standard, Mini and Micro – making it a convenient and simple installation suitable for virtually any vehicle. It simply connects to the vehicle’s fuse box, allowing the dash cam’s micro USB power cable to be connected under the dashboard of the vehicle. The dash cam power cable can be routed behind vehicle trim panels for a discreet and professional installation.

Please Note: Micro USB power cable is required for installation of compatible Gator Dash Cams (not included with the GHWCUSB2 USB Hard Wire Kit / supplied with compatible Gator Dash Cam models).
This hard wire kit will also enable the GPS antenna GPS7282W to be connected to the dash cam.
