Permanent Engine Block and Cylinder Head Sealer

Block & Cylinder Head Seal is a permanent engine block, cylinder head and cooling system sealer formulated with ceramic fibres and copper to ensure a fast and permanent seal of gaskets, fractures and cracks in a vehicle's cooling system.

Compatibility

Designed for use in all modern automotive cooling systems and is compatible with all types of materials used throughout the cooling system, including all metals, plastics and rubber components. It is compatible with all types of coolants and will not block the cooling system.

Directions for Use

  1. Allow engine to cool completely before removing radiator cap
  2. If coolant is rusty or dirty, flush and refill cooling system
  3. Shake bottle well and pour contents into radiator or overflow tank
  4. For very small 4 cylinder engines, use half the bottle contents
  5. Fill radiator or overflow tank to proper level with coolant
  6. Turn heater on full and fan on high
  7. Start vehicle and idle engine for at least 15 minutes
  8. Turn off vehicle and allow to cool
  9. Check that leaks have been sealed
  10. Vehicle may be driven normally following these procedures

Note: Product may change colour over time depending on frequency of exposure to air. This will not affect product performance. Ensure bottle cap is tightened after use.
