Temperature Range

-54°C to 260°C (-65°F to 500°F) intermittent

Application Instructions

1. Clean and dry all surfaces with a residue-free solvent
2. Cut nozzle to desired bead size (1/16" to 1/4" recommended)
3. Apply continuous, even bead surrounding all bolt holes
4. Assemble parts immediately while silicone is still wet
5. Finger tighten until material begins to squeeze out around flange
6. Allow to dry for one hour, then retighten
7. Full cure achieved in 24 hours under normal conditions

Important Notes

• Not recommended for use on head gaskets
• Not suitable for parts in contact with gasoline
• Replace cap after use to prevent curing
